Standing at a desk for long periods of time can be just as tiring and taxing as sitting. Optimum temperature (>= 18°C) and good lighting should not be forgotten either.

Its height should be chosen so that the elbows can be placed on it at an angle of no less than 90°, which is very easy to adjust in effepack desks.
The top edge of the computer screen should be at eye level, and at a distance of approximately 40-70 cm from the user, thus relieving pressure on the cervical spine.
Additional dedicated monitor mounts or laptop stands will allow precise control of the height and the tilt angle of these devices.
Special anti-fatigue mats are recommended for people who work standing for long periods of time without being able to change their body position.

The work top itself has standard dimensions of 100×60 cm and, thanks to the reinforcements, the permissible load reaches up to 50 kg. It can be suspended at any desired height in increments of 5 cm.
For this model, we also recommend several different shelves – depending on your needs – regular or with compartments.
For comfortable work with the monitor, we offer stable, adjustable handles, which can be hung from either the right or left side of the workstation.
Are you short of space for your keyboard and mouse? Easily use them on the dedicated pull-out shelf, which can be quickly and efficiently hidden under the tabletop.
The back wall of the workstation has the possibility of mounting a perforated board, on which various holders and containers can be clipped, essential for good organisation of the space and segregation of the materials used.
This is complemented by comfortable LED lighting and a set of wheels with a brake.

Compared to a standard computer workstation, it stands out immediately by its larger size – you get a work surface of 120×60 cm. Its height also increases, so you have more space for additional accessories. The tabletop is available in two options – wooden, as with a regular computer workstation, or covered in aluminium. This extra layer increases its strength compared to its wooden counterparts. You can cut on it without any worries and the resulting scratches are gentle and impossible to injure yourself.

This model is the most advanced solution. The advantages of all the above desks have been brought together and supported by the possibility of double-sided mounting.
